  • Cancellations

    Because this is a small business and each item is made to order, a cancellation request will only be accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.

     

    Returns

    If for any reason you wish to return your item please contact me first, but all delivery and return charges are to be paid by the buyer. The item must be boxed/packaged as it was sent.  A refund will only be provided on the cost of the item. Items must be returned within one week of recieving the item and must be in the same condition as when dispatched.

     

    Damage

    If the item arrives damaged the buyer has the option of a full refund or a replacement. The buyer will need to send photographs and a written description detailing the damage.

     

    Loss

    The Really interesting Board Company invests in a trackable postage system. A tracking number will be sent you to confirm that the item has been dispatched. Please track your purchase following dispatch. All noticeboards should arrive between 2 - 4 working days. Please contact me if it has not arrived after 4 working days.
